The Leezer Agency began in 1970 when Dick Leezer bought what was then the Rahmeyer Insurance Agency. In 1982, Dick was joined by his son, John, who then bought the agency in 1986. In 1994, the Rapp Insurance Agency in Wyoming, IL was purchased and combined with the Leezer Agency. In 2000, the office building in Toulon, IL was remodeled extensively in order to accommodate our growing staff. In 2005, the Real Estate division merged with Maloof Realty giving us a broader marketing outreach, while continuing the local service and knowledge.
